Project Role: consulting as Creative Director and Strategist

Race Service is an agency with unusual positioning within the creative services world: they offer full-service creative, production, event planning, and have their own event space. In 2019, I worked the agency’s principals to help define their business strategy, positioning, and transition from production company to ad agency. ​

To help potential clients better understand Race Service and the agency’s unique services, I wrote case studies from previous client work and internal projects, and designed and built a straightforward website that explain the real work that put Race Service at the center of the automotive enthusiast world.

Along with stakeholders in the company, I structured Race Service’s creative capabilities, wrote a stack of case studies, and a focused in on the kinds of projects they wanted to engage. With a sharp eye toward the future, Race Service was positioned to offer automotive clients something traditional ad agencies couldn’t provide: true authenticity.
